Job summary

Arlo Solutions is a United States–based information technology consulting firm that partners with government clients to deliver value-driven technology solutions.

We are seeking a candidate to develop event communications plans within 30 days of award, align messaging with milestones, draft invitations and bios, and manage email campaigns while ensuring Section 508 conformance. You will also track performance and contribute to post-event reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in government communications campaigns.
• Proven ability to plan and manage events from concept to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop event communications plans and calendars within 30 days of award.
• Align messaging with event milestones and Government priorities.
• Draft invitations, confirmations, reminders, and event guides for Government review.
• Prepare speaker bios and talking points for events.
• Manage email campaigns and branded event site content.
• Ensure all products are Section 508 conformant before submission.
• Track communications effectiveness using registration and attendance metrics.
• Contribute results to post-event summaries and status reports.
