Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience with groups of children and leadership abilities.
• Courteous, respectful and privacy conscious for students and parents.
• Professional behavior in dress and conduct; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the ESP director in site operations and services for children and parents.
• Adhere to ESP and district policies; supervise staff and assist with disciplinary issues.
• Review staff weekly lesson plans and assist in training new hires.
• Be flexible to cover other positions when needed and attend ESP events.
• Assist with daily payment logs and ensure staff rosters are current.
• Administer medicine according to policy and manage duties when the director is absent.
• Operate within weekly hours limits and support field trips and sign-ins.
