Qualifications

• Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant experience in employment services, case management, job coaching, workforce development, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant schedules and employment services.
• Manage authorizations, deadlines, and documentation.
• Communicate with employers, schools, Job Mentors, and community partners.
• Support quality and accurate case documentation.
• Connect individuals with job-shadowing, career exploration, and work-based learning opportunities.
• Build relationships with employers and community organizations.
• Provide direct vocational support when needed.
