Responsibilities

• Prepares for class and shows evidence of preparation when requested by the Principal or other school official.
• Prepares to teach a course of study, assigns lessons, and corrects homework papers.
• Uses materials to meet the needs of individual students.
• Organizes and assigns lessons and uses evaluation strategies.
• Maintains accurate attendance, grade records, and student progress reports.
• Works with parents to plan objectives to improve student progress.
