Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with Special Education Certification.
• Elementary Certification and ESL Certification preferred.
• Experience with elementary students and ability to collaborate with staff, students, and parents.

Responsibilities

• Provides general instruction to students in daily activities by developing and implementing lesson plans.
• Work with staff to determine instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of student achievement through formal and informal testing.
• Assume responsibility for extracurricular activities as assigned.
• Be a positive role model and support mission of campus and district.
• Establish and maintain open communication with students, parents, administration, and staff.
