Qualifications

• Ability to improvise, manage behavior, and work in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model for students and hold them accountable for progress.
• Develop meaningful relationships with students and families; communicate quarterly.
• Plan instruction meeting individual needs and align with Ohio content standards.
• Coordinate advisory group learning and implement DECA PREP’s mission.
• Collaborate with school team on intervention strategies and use diverse instructional methods.
• Maintain accurate records and report progress regularly; participate in staff development.
