StudentNest Group in West Palm Beach, FL is hiring part-time tutors to support elementary students with ELA using our curriculum and learning technology. We value passion for teaching, experience with reading instruction, and a collaborative approach.

You will tutor 3rd–4th grade in a morning, in-person setting, starting September 28, with a $25/hour pay. This role requires completing the fingerprinting process within 48 hours of an offer and meeting DOJ/FBI clearance requirements, plus three

Qualifications

Classroom experience teaching or supporting reading instruction.
Experience with the Science of Reading or willingness to be trained.
Ability to complete fingerprinting within 48 hours of offer.
Able to meet DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance requirements.
Three professional references available.
Detail-oriented and dependable.
Effective communicator with reliable transportation.
Negative tuberculosis test within 2 weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

Aid/Tutor elementary students as follows: ELA, 3rd-4th Grade.
Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.
Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment.
Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
