Job summary

Strategic Focus Educational Services is seeking a High Impact Tutor to provide targeted English Language Arts and/or Mathematics intervention in small groups of 3–10 students, using our instructional model and district-approved curriculum. Hours vary based on school partnerships.

You will work with Site Leads and Program Leadership to deliver engaging lessons, monitor progress, and maintain accurate attendance and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students.
• Reliable transportation to assigned campuses.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction to small groups of approximately 3–10 students.
• Implement structured lesson plans and intervention materials with fidelity.
• Build positive relationships that foster student engagement and confidence.
• Monitor student understanding and adjust instructional support as needed.
• Create a positive, safe learning environment.
• Support both in-school and after-school academic programs.
• Collaborate with Site Leads and Program Leadership to support student success.
• Maintain attendance and required program documentation.
