PediaStaff is seeking an Early Intervention Developmental Therapist in Anchorage, AK to support birth-to-three children in home and community settings. The role emphasizes coaching families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster development.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a manageable caseload, in-person work, and opportunities for ongoing training, mentorship, and growth. Alaska relocation consideration is available for eligible candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in a related field. Related fields include Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education with an Endorsement in Early Childhood, or equivalent, Early Childhood Special Education, or Elementary Special Education with relevant experience.
• Professional Teaching Certificate (or an Initial Certificate with a Birth to Age Three endorsement) If you are relocating to Alaska from out of state, we will gladly consider teachers that need to apply for the teaching certificate in AK.

Responsabilidades

• Support early learning and physical development
• Partner with families using a coaching model embedded in daily routines
• Participate in evaluations and individualized family service planning
• Provide occupational therapy services in home and community settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of providers
