Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska seeks a developmental therapist to support services for families of children 0-3 in the YK Delta. You will assist with eligibility testing, developmental assessments, and family follow-up, integrating into the ILP team and Napartet initiatives.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and participation in daily administrative tasks, with generous benefits and a strong commitment to community health.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field without certification or licensure and completion of the Part C Credential.
• Related fields include: Applied Behavior Analysis, Child development, Communication sciences, Early childhood development/education, Early intervention, Psychology, Social work, Speech-language pathology assistant, Special Education for early childhood, K-8, Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing, Teacher of the Visually Impaired.

Mansioni

• Assist DTII/DTIII in the provision of services to families of children 0-3 in the YK Delta.
• Assist with eligibility testing within 45 days of a referral.
• Assist with developmental assessments.
• Organize family contact and follow-up for relevant services.
• Support Napartet with value-added ideas, patient-centered excellence, and ILP standards.
• Facilitate play group and perform other administrative tasks as integrated into daily workflow.
