The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth seeks an Educator to provide academic instruction and socioemotional support to at‑risk youth in an open, small classroom setting for grades 7–12, collaborating with educators, counselors and social workers to foster growth.

This full‑time position in Exton, PA requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Education; prior teaching experience with youth is valued, and there is a strong emphasis on authentic, empathetic instruction and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Education required.
  • No Teaching Certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lesson plans for active learning in an open, small classroom.
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors and social workers to support socioemotional growth.
  • Assess, monitor and document student progress, adjusting facilitation strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents/guardians and districts.
