Job summary

Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an eCommerce Clerk II - Books in Post Falls, Idaho. You will help n nourish our mission by evaluating and listing media and books for sale across online platforms, supporting fundraising for programs serving Idaho’s youth.

Expected for applicants: high school enrollment or diploma, 16+ years old, strong customer service and a WOW attitude. The role supports a nonprofit environment with employee discounts, paid time off, and a team-driven culture focused on compassion

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to WOW customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch to customers.
• Sort items by department – effective at determining textbooks, fiction vs. non-fiction.
• Scan items into the computer to see if it meets IYR’s eCommerce acceptance criteria.
• Post media online with a focus on all details.
