Job summary

The Idaho Youth Ranch is seeking an ECommerce Clerk II - Books to join our Idaho team. You will evaluate and sell media and books through online platforms and specialty shops to support our mission of helping Idaho’s youth.

Be enrolled in high school or hold a HS diploma, be at least 16, and deliver strong customer service as you represent our nonprofit in a caring, community-focused environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in High School or possess High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to WOW customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch
• Sorts items for department – effective at determining textbooks, fiction vs. non-fiction
• Scans items into the computer to see if it meets IYR’s eCommerce acceptance criteria
• Posts media online with a focus on all details
