Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for a Teacher to support children’s education and development. You will implement the curriculum in a nurturing classroom, creating a safe environment and forming strong partnerships with families to foster learning and growth.

You will collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement, while maintaining high-quality care across our nationwide programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
