Shema Kolainu – Hear Our Voices is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Early Intervention team in Queens, NY. You will provide individualized speech therapy to children aged 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities, in a home-based setting.

The role requires NYS licensure (CCC-SLP), 2+ years of relevant experience, and PER-DIEM scheduling flexibility. Travel to client homes and collaboration with families are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities.
• New York State License and CCC-SLP certification.
• PER-DIEM schedule with flexibility to accommodate varied client needs.
• Ability to travel to client homes in Queens, NY.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ASHA guidelines and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
