Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking passionate teachers to support children’s growth across our nationwide network. As part of a team that values exceptional care and education, you’ll implement our curriculum and create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore and learn.

You’ll partner with parents, work with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with families and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills; able to multi-task.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift at least 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
