Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding stages of child development and assessment techniques.
• Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records and documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the CDU classroom daily operations with ECU students and peer models.
• Collaborate with ECU team to provide direct services in classrooms, preschools, daycare settings, and home visits.
• Develop and maintain IEPs for all assigned students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and district staff.
• Screen and evaluate young children for disabilities in collaboration with ECU team.
• Provide training to parents and preschool/daycare staff on needs of students.
• Supervise paraeducators and staff providing services.
