Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and detail orientation.
• Strong leadership and ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Travels to student’s early learning work site to observe students enrolled in the program.
• Reviews student’s professional portfolio.
• Observes and scores students working with children in the appropriate age group.
• Provides scoring and feedback on results using the CDA Instrument.
• Maintains student files containing results of written observation tool.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
