Job summary

Turn5, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own core ecommerce experiences, from vision through backlog to launch. You’ll work with a PM team, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and technical SMEs to deliver high-impact features for millions of customers across our car-part brands.

You will partner with UX, research, IT, and marketing to craft clear requirements, validate ideas in discovery sessions, and ensure the roadmap aligns with business impact and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication, with strong presentation and public speaking ability.
• 5+ years experience owning a product backlog and managing end-to-end projects in a DTC ecommerce environment.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and launching high-impact web features.
• Track record partnering with engineers to scope technically feasible solutions, even without an engineering background.
• Experience defining success using data and VOC to iterate after launch.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Preferred: experience in automotive aftermarket, fitment-based ecommerce, or personalization platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with user research and stakeholders to maintain a clear product vision and translate it into a prioritized ecommerce roadmap (search, fitment, PDP, checkout, personalization).
• Participate in discovery sessions with internal teams and customers to surface pain points and opportunities.
• Own and prioritize the backlog based on impact, insights, and technical effort; collaborate with Research and the CMO's team to shape success criteria.
• Develop clear product requirements and user stories; collaborate with UX and marketing to ensure alignment of experience and messaging.
• Delve into technical and organizational details to produce actionable, well-scoped solutions.
• Stay engaged from definition through launch with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and SMEs to keep initiatives aligned and on track.
• Manage day-to-day execution: track progress, unblock issues, and adjust scope or approach as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define MVPs and iterate toward scalable solutions.
• Partner with the research team to analyze opportunities, design experiments, and interpret results to validate ideas before investing.
