Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide learning opportunities and independence by working on individuals’ goals and plans.
• Transport individuals to and from programs and activities.
• Administer medications and treatments meeting guidelines and accurate documentation.
• Provide a safe, nurturing environment where individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
• Electronically record daily activities while maintaining confidentiality and complying with policies.
• Obtain and maintain all required certifications and trainings (in person and online).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
