Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities develop daily living and social skills in home and community settings.

You will drive in the community, complete background checks, and maintain annual training requirements, with flexible evenings and weekend hours and a focus on compassionate, reliable support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Background checks completed.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to drive individuals in personal car.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Flexibility for various assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist Individuals as they develop and maintain skills to improve daily living and social skills.
• Engage in activities to promote independence in the community and participation.
• Maintain annual 24 hour training requirements.
