Qualifications

• 2 years of caregiving experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s licence is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with transfers/ADLs.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Empower independence by helping adults with disabilities master daily living skills.
• Be a companion by joining clients on community outings and activities.
• Advocate for wellness with health monitoring and safe supervision.
• Celebrate progress by tracking client milestones and helping them reach goals.
