BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with I/DD live more independently and confidently in their communities. You will build meaningful one-on-one connections as a trusted companion and champion for clients' independence.

We offer flexible part-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive, people-first culture. Weekly pay and growth opportunities are available to dedicated DSPs in Cambria County.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with I/DD (or willingness to train through our apprentice program).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Empower independence and confidence for clients.
• Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments.
• Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines.
• Encourage community engagement and social connection.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with transportation for appointments and outings.
