Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a team member at our Mesa store to deliver an outstanding customer and brand experience while promoting sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and help keep the store running smoothly.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and core values—Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation. Must be 18+, English proficient, and able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Qualifications

• Speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and tagging for sale.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and work station per standards (PPM).
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and assists customers as needed.
• Follows safety rules and uses safety equipment; reports hazards.
