Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a team-oriented associate to lead a positive customer experience at our Glendale location. You will help process donated merchandise for sale, price and ticket items, and assist shoppers with care and courtesy.

Ideal candidates will be at least 18, fluent in English, and able to pass a background check and drug screen where required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing.
• Maintains consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misuse.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per floorwalk and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and follows safety rules.
• Works in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; lifts and moves items.
