CICONIX, LLC is seeking a Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate (DAVA) to support the Air Force's New Parent Support Program in Anchorage. This non-clinical role delivers urgent victim assistance, risk assessment, and resource referrals to service members and their families who are victims of domestic abuse.

The DAVA will maintain confidentiality, provide after-hours telework as needed, and collaborate with base agencies to enhance safety planning and timely support for victims and dependents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
• Two years of experience assisting and providing advocacy services to victims of DA or sexual assault.
• Must obtain Basic Advocate credential within six months of hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements (CDC guidelines).

Responsabilités

• Provide non-clinical emergent and urgent victim support to Air Force personnel and families.
• Assist victims with safety planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with base agencies (SFS, OSI, MTF) to ensure coordinated response.
• Provide information and referral to military and civilian resources.
• Accompany victims to appointments or court proceedings when requested.
• Maintain confidentiality and flexible/on-call availability as required.
