Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is hiring a Program Supervisor in Ohio. This full-time role involves supervising a team of caregivers, implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP), assisting with hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.

You will support individuals with daily living tasks, transportation, and community activities. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, and a valid driver’s license with car insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and assist with staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with supervisory and program activities.
• Escort individuals on community outings or provide transportation to work or activities.
