Job summary

ResCare Community Living, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee ISP implementation and staff operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling. You will supervise a team of Caregivers and provide direct support to individuals in daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.

The role involves a mix of direct service, program activities, and supervision, with opportunities to facilitate community involvement and transportation for

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year related work experience.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

Facilitate ISP implementation and admin duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
Supervise a team of Caregivers.
Provide support including daily activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
Duties split between direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation.
