Responsibilities

• Supervises, instructs or assists residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene).
• Provides individualized care, active treatment and documentation under professional direction.
• Plans and guides social, recreational, work and study activities.
• Transports and/or accompanies residents to activities in the community.
• Works with the interdisciplinary team to support total resident program.
