Job summary

Bancroft is hiring Direct Support Professionals to join the Flicker program in Voorhees, NJ. This full-time DSP position supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them build daily living skills and independence.

We offer meaningful work, competitive pay at $19.06–$19.44 per hour, and opportunities for growth. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required; associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills.
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends.
• Have a current driver's license in good standing.
