Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services seeks Direct Care Professionals to support children and adolescents ages 6–21 with IDD and BH/MH diagnoses. You will supervise, engage in daily activities, and help implement individualized treatment goals with a clinical team.

Pay ranges from $17.75 to $23.05 per hour depending on experience and education, with a $2.00/hour shift differential from 2:00pm–11:00pm and a sign-on bonus paid over the first six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields is required.
• Education Evaluation required if education was acquired outside the U.S.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain the well-being of individuals at all times.
• Engage in daily ADLs, recreational and social activities to encourage growth.
• Address and redirect inappropriate behaviors with supportive communication.
• Support progress by implementing treatment plan goals with the clinical team.
