Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Registered Nurse licensure (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication in English (verbal & written)
• EKG competency required
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Ability to think abstractly to assess and revise care plans

Responsibilities

• Follow infection prevention precautions and safety protocols.
• Provide patient-centered care and develop individualized care plans.
• Conduct follow-up assessments and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for patient care and handoffs.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Adhere to ANA Scope, Standards, and Code of Ethics; participate in education and process improvements.
