Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is seeking a Crisis Coordinator to support the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Bremerton. This full-time, on-site role helps connect crisis staff with information they need to respond effectively and maintains essential program functions.

You will triage crisis calls, document in the EHR, manage schedules, and liaise with other departments while upholding HIPAA standards. The position includes generous benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, take messages, and route to clinicians promptly.
• Triaging crisis situations and assigning calls appropriately.
• Maintain EHR data entry and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare schedules and maintain MCOT paperwork and logs.
• Coordinate with other departments and maintain HIPAA compliance.
