Integral Care in Austin, TX is seeking a Crisis Residential Specialist QMHP to support stabilization and continuity of care for adults in crisis. You will perform case management, assessment, and service coordination in line with program guidelines, linking clients and families to resources and coordinating goals.
This role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of experience in crisis residential or behavioral health settings.
Work in a dynamic, short-term residential treatment program to help support stabilization and continuity of care for adult individuals experiencing a crisis episode. The Crisis Residential Specialist QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position operates in a dynamic environment and performs case management, assessment, and/or service coordination in accordance with the program's guidelines. The QMHP's duties may include, but are not limited to, providing continuity of care services, linking clients and families to all needed resources, and coordinating, monitoring, and updating services and client goals. Providing necessary skills training, assisting in crisis prevention, and/or providing community outreach are additional roles. As a team member of programs in crisis services, the QMHP coordinates crisis intervention tools to address clients' needs, utilizing assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and efficient, clinically appropriate utilization of agency resources. Duties include collaboration with clients, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crises and plan for future crisis relapse prevention. This position follows identified strategies to achieve unit performance measures and ensures the highest quality of care while effectively utilizing resources. This position may carry an individual caseload.
On-call responsibilities may be required based on unit needs.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

$24.18 - $25.39 an hour based on education, plus an additional 18% crisis stipend.
Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.
