Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor registration or active licensure.
• Experience conducting clinical interviews and psycho-legal evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Document evaluations and court-related activities in the EHR.
• Prepare and submit petitions, affidavits, and letters for civil commitment proceedings.
• Provide expert testimony to support psycho-legal opinions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise staff as required.
• Support treatment planning and discharge readiness based on civil commitment grounds.
