Colorado Department of Human Services in Colorado Springs/Denver area seeks an Associate Director of Court Services to supervise six evaluator supervisors and manage the evaluator team across locations. You will oversee policy, training, and the evaluation assignment process with a focus on quality and compliance.

The role requires licensure as a psychologist in Colorado, 3 years of licensed experience (2 at a fully operating level), and extensive experience with forensic evaluations,

Qualifikationen

• Current, valid licensure as a Psychologist from the Colorado State Board of Psychologist Examiners.
• Three (3) years of experience as a licensed psychologist or permitted psychologist candidate, two of which must have been at the level of a fully operating psychologist.

• Supervises and directly manages the evaluator supervisory team, six supervisors, and evaluation staff; administers supervision, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Oversees hybrid work arrangements and evaluation assignments, ensuring productivity; coordinates travel and training across locations.
• Lead policy and procedure development for Court Services, ensure compliance with mandated timelines and consent decree requirements.
• Directly supervise Court Services operations, assess workload trends, and provide data-driven reporting to leadership.
• Participate in training and auditing initiatives, mentor staff and serve as a subject-matter expert for forensic evaluations.
