Concept Rehab in Port Huron, MI is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our therapy team and help patients regain independence and daily functioning.

You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient goals. Michigan license or eligibility is required.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Hold or be eligible for the Michigan OTA license.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities required.

What You'll Do

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies

What We're Looking For

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
