Southern Health Partners is seeking a licensed practical nurse for a full-time role at Habersham County Jail in Clarkesville, GA. The position carries an hourly wage of $27.00–$28.00, day shift, with no travel, and focuses on delivering direct patient care, medications, and nursing assessments in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, collaboration with clinicians, and responding to emergencies with professionalism—while promoting a safe environment for patients

Qualifications

• Current Georgia LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Correctional or emergency nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals.
• Respond to urgent medical situations with confidence and professionalism.
