Southern Health Partners seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Habersham County Jail in Clarkesville, GA. This full-time day-shift role offers pay of $28 to $29 per hour and flexible scheduling options to fit your life.

A sign-on and retention bonus are available to eligible candidates. You will provide direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting, administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and document care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare team.
• Correctional healthcare experience welcome, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Complete nursing assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with providers and fellow healthcare professionals.
• Respond to urgent medical needs with confidence and professionalism.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
