• Proven ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for handling multiple files.

Responsibilities

• Review court dockets and case information to identify required attorney actions and refer cases to local counsel.
• Track delinquencies and review bankruptcy data sites to determine claim status.
• Review Chapter 13/11 plans to evaluate provisions and identify issues.
• Negotiate plan provisions to reach amicable resolutions without litigation.
• Review incoming mail and legal documents related to clients and files.
• Respond to routine inquiries and court notifications from clients and internal teams.
