Job summary

D&S Community Services, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor in Memphis, TN. The role involves supervising caregivers, coordinating ISP implementation, and supporting individuals with daily activities and transportation. A valid driver's license is required.

You will split time between direct support, program activities, and supervision, with opportunities to develop supervisory skills while making a daily impact in the lives we serve.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance required.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist with ISP implementation and related administrative duties (hiring, training, scheduling, oversight).
• Provide direct support to individuals, including daily activities, meal support, medication assistance, and personal care.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to work or activities.
