Craft3 in Seattle, WA seeks an Commercial Lending Coordinator to assist with loan closings and support the Lending Services team. You will work closely with Business Lenders, Team Managers, and Risk Management, while coordinating with clients throughout the closing process.
This internal Craft3 role emphasizes developing your skills in loan documentation, underwriting basics, and financial statement review. Travel within the Pacific Northwest may occur as needed.

As Commercial Lending Coordinator you’ll be responsible for assisting with Craft3’s commercial loan closing activities. You’ll work closely with Business Lenders, Team Managers, Director, Commercial Lending, Lending Services and Risk Management, as well as working directly with clients. Supervision and feedback will focus on your development, aiming to help you strengthen your skills and support your learning and growth.

A level of travel is to be expected with job responsibilities covering a geographic area that includes the States of Oregon and Washington, branch office visits and company events.
