Job summary

Worcester Academy seeks an Associate Director of College Counseling to join a collaborative team. Reporting to the Director of College Counseling, you will manage a 40–50 student caseload and work closely with families through college search, applications, and financial aid.

You will develop seminars, participate in outreach, and build relationships with college representatives while supporting a class of ~140 seniors/PG and 120 juniors in a dynamic school community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal caseload of approximately 40–50 students in grades 11 and 12/PG.
• Guide all aspects of the college search and application process, including letters of recommendation.
• Coach students through essay drafting and revisions for applications and personal statements.
• Develop and implement college counseling seminars and programming for families.
• Develop relationships with college representatives and participate in conferences and campus visits.
