Responsibilities

• Review member accounts to verify overpayments and responsible parties.
• Analyze overpayments and create plans to resolve delinquencies.
• Negotiate repayment terms with responsible parties.
• Investigate disputes and provide resolutions.
• Maintain and reconcile the Master collection database.
• Coordinate with Accounting to post cash receipts.
• Prepare legal packages for civil or criminal proceedings.
