Job summary

Drake and Associates, a growing financial planning firm based in Wisconsin, seeks a Client Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience. You will support daily operations, help maintain client records, and work on projects that drive meaningful improvements with the Operations Team.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a business/finance-related bachelor’s program with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Finance, Investments, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the firm.
• Assist with updating and maintaining client records across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with various departments to improve internal processes and client satisfaction.
• Take on special projects assigned by the Director of Operations.
