Drake & Associates in Wisconsin is seeking a Client Development Specialist to deepen client relationships, generate referrals, and grow engagement. Working closely with our Financial Advisors, you will follow strategy meetings to reinforce the value of the financial plan and confidently ask for referrals.

This relationship-driven inside sales role requires outbound calling, rapport building, and meeting measurable referral targets while delivering high-quality service aligned with the Drake

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, business development, or client-facing roles with outbound outreach.
• Experience making outbound calls to existing and/or prospective clients.
• Ability to build trust, influence conversations, and request referrals or additional business.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Highly organized with solid follow-through and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing clients after advisor meetings to strengthen relationships and request referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships through personalized follow-up and ongoing communication.
• Generate a minimum of three qualified referrals per week through professional, natural outreach.
• Uncover additional client needs and opportunities to deepen engagement and asset growth.
• Document client conversations, referrals, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Support marketing with client appreciation events and post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Advisors, Marketing, and Operations to ensure exceptional client experiences.
