Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess insurance claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Investigate claim incidents by gathering evidence and interviewing involved parties.
• Communicate with policyholders, insurance carriers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims.
• Review medical reports, police reports, and other documentation to support claim decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims processed.
• Bachelor's degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in claims adjustment or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
