Job summary

Zeus is seeking a CI Engineer to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma DMAIC and Design for Six Sigma methodologies to improve process capability, reduce variation, and eliminate waste. Collaborate with site leadership to charter projects, drive improvements in quality, productivity, throughput, and cost, and deliver measurable results such as scrap reduction and OEE gains.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt acceptable if Black Belt not yet achieved.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify systemic process constraints with site leadership and develop charters, estimate opportunities, and support project completion to improve quality, productivity, throughput and cost performance.
• Deliver measurable results such as scrap reduction, yield improvement, OEE increases, cycle-time reduction, and cost savings.
