Job summary

Arizona Department of Child Safety seeks a Case Manager/Child Safety Specialist in Casa Grande, on-site, full-time. You will respond to abuse allegations, interview families, assess safety, coordinate services, and support placements while collaborating with courts and partners.

The role requires a degree or 4 years as Case Aide, a valid driver’s license, and successful completion of a 22-week CORE training with field components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited institution or 4 years as an Arizona DCS Case Aide.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Complete 22-week training with in-person components.

Responsibilities

• Respond to allegations of child abuse or neglect.
• Conduct interviews and assess child safety.
• Work with families in homes and community.
• Coordinate services and develop case plans.
• Attend court hearings and prepare reports.
• Transport children and support placement needs.
