Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support daily store operations with friendly customer service and accurate cash handling. You will maintain store appearance, rotate stock, and assist with receiving and stocking donations in a production-style setting.

Experience in production or similar roles is preferred, and a High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable. Availability for evenings and weekends is expected as stores open Monday–Saturday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cash Register/Customer Service.
• Store appearance: Rotating stock, tidying and continually keeping the store looking its best.
• Cross-training in Receiving, pricing and stocking donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
• Hanging/Inspecting/Tagging textile & clothing in a production style setting.
